Refunds of Physical Products:

To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@beastmafiamarketing.com

A refund request must be made in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Physical products must be returned to Beast Mafia Marketing immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting info@beastmafiamarketing.com.

The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in a like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined by Beast Mafia Marketing's sole, reasonable discretion.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase.

Digital Products:

Our digital products grant immediate access, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. All digital product purchases are final. These products include:

COURSES: All students have lifetime access to the digital products and e-courses purchased for the lifetime of that product and or course. Courses are final and are non-refundable, exchangeable, or non-transferable under any circumstance.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS: All mentorship program purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstance.

VIRTUAL WEBINARS & CHALLENGES: Purchased tickets are non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstance, even if an event is missed.

VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES: Virtual fitness class purchases are non-refundable, even if you are unable to attend. You will receive a credit to attend class at a later date.

SUBSCRIPTIONS: Subscriptions purchased are non-refundable. A subscription can be canceled by contacting info@beastmafiamarketing.com no later than 10 days before your subscription renewal date.
